purchase succeeded, but can't create realm

This error message keeps coming up whenever i try to create a realm

 

Alongside, I couldn't play multiplayer worlds with my microsoft account friends. Everytime error message saying "unable to connect to world" comes up after few minutes of "loading world" screen.

 

I tried everything. Turning on cellular data setting, readding friends, re-installing the app, connecting to wifi and hotspots, handling my xbox account's privacy settings etc.

 

I guess there is something wrong with my device or your apps ios cersion
