Effect and Deaths glitches

When dying with the absorption effect, the player is stuck in a death screen that stays on 'Generating World'. Lasts for at least 30 minutes and happens very frequently.

With certain effects, upon death you don't die. You end up unable to take damage, but you can still break blocks, hit entities, and place blocks.
