Bed is linking to a villager that does not exist

A nonexistent villager is linking to a bed which prevents villager breeding. Unloading the chunks or relogging does not fix the issue but killing the 12 villagers actually present will. Video of the bug (too large to upload) in this link: https://youtu.be/sEnqjoqefC8
