Placing an Eye of Ender doesn't produce a vibration

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a sculk sensor on the ground;
2. Place an end portal frame nearby;
3. Place an eye of ender on the frame.

Observed Results:
The sculk sensor doesn't detect the change.

Expected Results:
The placement of the eye produces a vibration.
