Auto save freezes the game and also kicks friends out of game

Every time the game auto saves it freezes for about 12 seconds. Then when I'm playing with others like friends or family, the game will auto save, freezes and then kick my friends and or family out of the world. It also does the same thing for them. It's been doing this for a week now.
