Unable to load resource pack of lag

hello I felt a different LAG when I opened the world, and when I looked at the chat section (Failed to load one of the resource packs or behavior packs.)This message has arrived. I uninstalled and reinstalled. It didn't fix.Help please mojang(i am japanese)
