Bedrock Hearts Doesn't Have a White Outline and Animation when Regenerating Health while Java it Does

Hearts do not have a white outline and animation when regenerating health but in java it has.

How to Reproduce:

1.Take damage and look at the health bar while regenerating health in bedrock.

2. Do the first step but in java.
