Skins

This has been a ridiculous issue for months now. When I log into the game, the dressing room does not properly load nor do my skins loads. They all appear as loading circles or silhouettes. The create character button is also dimmed and pressing it does nothing. I have tried everything. I uninstalled and reinstalled and all that did was cost me every world, I tried on different accounts, I tried using a different connection, nothing worked. It used to be a minor issue that could be resolved by restarting but now it doesn't work at all. The issues became severe after the most recent update.
