World Blocks don't load in my relm or different chuncks

When I load into my relm (MOST of the time) I can't move, there are no world blocks, but I can see mobs

Sometimes I can see caves.

Sometimes it just various chuncks and the the world chuncks just stop.

 

On relms and single player worlds after save and quiting it gets stuck on the save screen so I have to manually close the game .    Which has resulted in single player data corruption and lose.of progression.
