Negative layers don't render well

hello again and I have the same problem in my world that its version was 1.17.2 when updating it now in 1.18.31 it continues to generate in the bedrock negative layers in the old generation

 

My world also had experimental caves and cliffs enabled and now has experimental wild enabled since when it came out in official bedrock
