Game crashes when trying to move

When i sign into one of my creative worlds and try to move more than 10-15 blocks from where i spawn the game crashes. I have no idea what caused this but i cannot get it to work, also it doesnt seem to be happening to other worlds. Ive sent 2 error reports.
