Not letting me sign-in

It not letting me sign-in on my Ps5 because it said "im sign-in already on another device" but i never sign-in in with this account before i used sa backup account to sign-in on my phone but never on my game and i have whole different account for my PC. Can you guy's HELP ME PLEASE. Thank you for your time. Get back to me as soon as you can.
