Create an undead iron golem

How to Reproduce:

1.build a irongolem

2.spawn a warden to Fight with it

3.When the Iron Golem is about to die, heal it with an iron ingot.

4.It will play the death animation all the time, But it still has AI, and it doesn't take damage.
