Sensivity is not stable

With new engine (Render Dragon) sensivity on amd graphics (or intel) seems to be unstable, like it just floating

(A lot of players due to this issue just stopped updating their mc, its not so good for a server owner.)
Disabling VSync in options doesnt fix this.

No problems with newest drivers on GeForce GTX.

If my problem is a duplicate, please describe me how to fix this manually.
