World seems broken a lot

It keeps raining but the zombies and phantoms are burning by sunlight.

Some of the villagers are gone and there's no mobs that can attack them

When I join the world it crashes immediately so i can't take a screenshot.

Weird things just happened after I returned to my home from the end
