Allay pitch sounds not in parity with Java

The allay sounds were slightly updated on Java, however, that hasn't applied in the recent Bedrock beta/preview.

How to Reproduce

1. Spawn an allay.
2. Give item.
3. Take the item away from the allay.
4. Try to kill it (the hurt sound is the noticeable difference here).
5. Repeat steps on Java
6. Pay attention to the sounds

Heard Result
The allay sounds differ from Java.

Expected Result
The allay sounds should be in parity and up to date with Java.
