Purchases from marketplace are not loading.

Ever since the 1.18.30 update, items from the Marketplace (bought and free) are either taking a super long time to download or not downloading at all, but is stuck on "download".  I have reset Minecraft twice cleared cookies/temp files several times, restarted computer many times but to no avail.  I was hoping with the hotfix to 31 it would be fixed but it is not.
