Equipped Item on hotbar not showing/holding on hand

When equipping an item in your hotbar it doesn't show/hold on your hand. Please note that it happens at RANDOM.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip your hand on the hotbar. 
2. Switch to an hotbar space where there's an item on it.

Observed Results:

At random, your hand will not show/hold your item equipped on the hotbar.

Expected Results:

Your hand will always show/hold the item you've equipped on your hotbar.
