Game crashes when hitting other players.

I was messing around in creative mode with my friend then we went into survival for a bit. When we had gone into survival I punched my friend and my game crashes. He punched me next and my game still crashes. I dont know exactly what's going on but I created the world if that helps. If you could fix it that would be great.
