Growing mangrove trees can remove/break bedrock block

The mangrove tree can break and remove the bedrock block when growing mangrove propagule underneath the bedrock block.

How to Reproduce

1. Place a grass block, then a mangrove propagule on top of it, followed by bedrock block on top of the mangrove propagule.
2. Bonemeal the propagule.
3. Repeat the process until it breaks the bedrock block.

Observed Result
The mangrove trees can break/destroy the bedrock block.

Expected Result
The mangrove trees should not have any chance of breaking the bedrock block.
