Visual glitch for iron armor, what ever armor you die with will be displayed, even if you take armor off

Whenever someone dies with any set of armor, it shows that they still have their iron pieces on. For example, my friend is wearing a diamond helmet, iron chest plate, iron leggings, and golden boots, when he dies and respawn, it displays that he is wearing the iron chest plate and leggings, even though he has no armor on. Bedrock realm, no cheats, no mods, no texture packs, my friend that plays on the realm with us (on Nintendo switch) has the same visual glitch.
