Achievement Sound of Music not unlocking

Putting a Jukebox and music disk at position 488, 95, -383 with seed 400 did not pop the achievement.  Nor did it on my other world where I confirmed it was a meadow using an online biome locator (Chunkbase).

Attempted on both Xbox and Windows Bedrock edition and neither had the achievement unlock.
