Unable to connect to the world!

Good evening dear sirs,

I come by this way to report a problem related to trying to enter a "SPECIFIC" world.

This problem occurs on a friend's account, whose microsoft account name is "Doujis", different accounts have already been used to enter that specific world and it worked without problems, but when he tries to enter my world, he can't join.

More briefly when he comes to my world, he doesn't leave the loading screen, and he spawns in the world without any notification, being immobilized. When he cancels to not enter the world it appears that "Doujis left the match".

Please help resolve this annoying bug, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!
