Named mobs and traded villagrs are STILL despawning at random

This bug has been in game and totally unfixed for months now, whenever you save quit near mobs or if your game crashes near mobs that you have traded with or named, they just vanish. It's been happening for months. When are you fixing it. It's VERY annoying.
