Server Disconnected

Hi, good evening to Mojang costumer service. I would get some information about a server who's my sister is the owner. Since try to connect takes a while to get into the game, then sometimes let us play around few seconds then kick us out showing Server Disconnected. So, if I can provide any information about the server to get fixed. 

 My sister account ID is: Memenoir 

Our server is called by the name: Realm de Memenoir
