Jurassic park Helepad glitch not resolved

Jurassic Park world created.  Got as far as monorail and got teleported to helipad.  Cannot escape- keeps teleporting me back.  Restarting world teleports me to helepad.  Cannot do anything.  Message spammed saying "No tranquilized dinosaurs nearby"

This matches several bug reports that are listed as "resolved", and they do not appear to have a vote button.  So... new report, I guess.
