Delay in game

I'm experiencing delay in single player/multiplayer including:

Breaking blocks takes twice longer than usual making my progress really slow, camera control &  movements control takes around 0.5 seconds to respond.

Been playing MCPE with the same device for a couple of years and this is the first time I've experienced something like this, I have heard about "RenderDragon" and probably that's the main reason why it's like this.

It's less fun playing with this annoying delay, i hope this will be fixed/changed in the next update, im looking forward to it.
