Marketplace doesnt work

As soon as the new update rolled out we have been unable to open the marketplace. This has affected many aspects of the game. I cannot change my apperance because marketplace is inaccessible. I cannot create a new world because I have to open marketplace to locate the worlds I have purchased to create a new one.

Before the update i was not able to create a new world from the ones I purchased from marketplace from the "create new world option", i would always have to open marketplace to create a new world now that marketplace is gone creating new purchased worlds is impossible. 

The marketplace icon is there but doesnt go anywhere when pressed.
