When I go into character creator it won't let me edit my character.

Whenever I try to go and create or edit one of my characters the button is greyed out. It will not let me click on it. Apparently its the same problem for whenever I wanna change my classic skin too, it will not let me. I can delete the characters perfectly fine but cannot to anything else.
