Archer Achievement got broken again

Hello Mojang people, well, as you read in the title, the Archer achievement has gotten bugged once again. I tried killing Creepers a. Lot. Of. Times but it didn't work. I waited a day as the official site said, didn't work. I tried in another world, didn't work. Please fix this.
