Error code CE-38700-8

Minecraft ps4 edition displaying the error code CE-38700-8 for one specific world. I cannot get past the loading screen or access the world from anything. I have entered safe mode into my ps4 to wipe the database and then also to reinitialize my ps4 but nothing has fixed the issue.
