Minecraft Creator is not working for the Nintendo Switch.

im sorry i couldn't fill out what osv it is, i really do not know what os it is, anyway when i launch the game and i go into skin creator it will not let me select skin parts, it just stays as steve. i do not have any resource pack on. please help me.
