Cannot access Marketplace on Switch

Ever since the 1.18.30 update I cannot access the Marketplace. I am signed in to a Microsoft account. When I select the "Marketplace" option on the title screen, the "click" noise is made but nothing else happens. When I am in-game, the Marketplace icon in menus has an error: "Invalid session (Try restarting your game)" It's been a few days, I've restarted at least 10 times. 

I've tried signing out of my Microsoft account, but that didn't fix it either.
