Progress not saving

My daughter and I have both created world's on our separate profiles in the last 2 days and both times our progress didn't save. We both tend to have marathon sessions so we had worked on them for about 8 hours each time (~16 hours total). This has never happened before... A long with other bugs, that I've created separate tickets for, it's made us not want to play Minecraft anymore.
