Water in Nether!

Technically, you still can't place water in nether. But when you place an ice block or a packed ice block, and then you destroy it afterwards, the water will flow and will not evaporate. I started to see this after the release of the main builds of 0.15.0 and as i can see, it is still apparent on 0.15.1.
