Can't join Realm

Since 1.18.30 ive been getting my game lag and then log me out is so annoying

Just today I was playing on my friend realm which we play all the time there I was strip mining all freaking day I had 2 stacks of diamonds until it decided to lag and my characted died and now I try to log back in and is stuck on joining realm builing terrain screen. Thanks alot mojang  i
