Armor / Elytra with Mending does not update durability bar while wearing

When wearing elytra / armor enchanted with Mending, the durability bar is not updated for those items until they are removed from the item slot. Even if fully repaired, the durability bar will remain in it's original location until item updated.

 

Held armor or tools are are updated as expected.
