health does not replentish with full hunger bar

after taking damage health does not replentish if hunger bar is full in peacefull mode.

 

i do not know how to recreate this bug, it just happens.

when starting a new world it does not happen, just in my current world.

 

tests:

take damage from falling more than 4 block,  depleating 1/2 health bar, full hunger bar but ,no health replentishment

(note: 1/2 damage with feather falling 4?)

when eating fe cooked fish, health does not replentish

reloading world does not change anything, health remains at current level, even with full hunger bar

health replentishment possible by using health potions or regeneration beacon

independant of dimension
