Armor doesn’t always show in Multiplayer Game for World Host

Armor doesn’t always show in Multiplayer Game for World Host as of 1.18.30 and above.

This is most likely because of RenderDragon.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a world.

2. Have another device join that world.

3. Put armor on a player that isn’t the world host.

Expected Results:
The armor should always show for the host of the world.

Observed Results:

The armor doesn’t always show for the host of the world. Note that exiting and reopening the world usually fixes this issue.
