Experience level not increasing in 1.18.30

Well, it all started when I was playing Minecraft (obviously) and I was mining quartz minerals (for exp) and well I reached level 33 and a little more to reach 34 but it didn't go up, no matter how much I minced quartz it didn't level up, there are to clarify that in previous versions this did not happen. PS: I've been playing Minecraft on mobile.
