1.18.30 causing Realm to crash when trying to load an area with a many entities/buildings/machines.

I can not even approach an island  that has a couple of buildings and 3 machines built on it on the Realm without the entire game freezing, not just for me, but anyone on the realm. It then resets... eventually.  This was not a problem prior to 1.18.30.   Unfortunately with being unable to even approach the general area, I am unable to remove any of the builds to ease the problem.
