Owned resource packs report as "not owned" when starting Minecraft

I was forced by the PlayStation (4) to update to 1.18.30 just 2 days ago. Since then, whenever first starting Minecraft I am getting the message:

"{whicheverpack} Deactivated
This account does not own this resource pack."

It's enough to go into "Settings" and exit settings without changing anything in order for resource pack to load without an issue afterwards.

NOTE this started to happen only since update to 1.18.30. On previous build it started fine, and I had running packs for at least last 2 weeks.

I don't know if the issue is related to some lagginess/slowness I feel is occurring ever since the update, but this build seems to be loading slower than previous one.
