Mario mashup won't be saved in microsoft account

I wanted to activate the mario resourcepack from the free mashup but it wasn't there anymore. I checked my marketplace items and it was gone, but I was still able to use the skins and load the world. 

Because of this issue you can't use the ressource pack in the global resources.

If I wrote something wrong then it's because I don't speak a lot of english and this is my first report.
