Halo Mash Up Not Accessible on Playstation Despite Saying It Can Be Used Everywhere

I got the Halo Mashup pack. I can use it on Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and Minecraft Pocket Edition. However, I can't use it on Minecraft Playstation 5 Edition. Whenever I see the skin on Playstation 5. All I see it as Steve.
