Clone Command not working

The Clone command no longer works after the Recent 1.18.30 update, whenever I try to clone something no matter how big or small or how close or far I try to clone it eve  if it's right beside the original object the game will say " can't access blocks outside world " which shouldn't be a problem since I'm only trying to clone something only like 25 blocks away from the original object and I have made sure I have entered in the coordinates into the command properly so everything should work like normal but the game says the object is outside of the world.
