Cape appears in front of player

Cape appear infront of player instead of behind. Use a custom skin made in the dressing room. Equip a cape that you want to use. Go in 3rd person front to view yourself.

 

It also seems to happen occasionally and not all the time.

Cape goes infront of player
Expected Results:
Cape should go behind the player.
