[Parity Fix] Can't place 2 Item Frame on a block corner

Description

We can't place 2 item frame on a block corner (look at the screenshot).

How to Reproduce
1. Place 2 blocks of any type.
2. Place an item frame on these blocks.

Observed Result
We can't place 2 item frame because the hitbox need to be fixed.

Expected Result
We should be able to place 2 item frames on the same block-corner.

Extra informations

On Java we can place two item frames in the same block-corner.

On Bedrock we can place multiple glow lichen on the same block so I don't see why it shouldn't be possible.

And on my screenshot, I'm unable to place an item frame, through we can do that with a glow lichen.
