Sculk cannot replace Mud and Muddy mangrove roots

Summary:
Sculk cannot replace Mud and Muddy mangrove roots. This has been fixed in the java version in snapshot 22w15a MC-249188.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place some Mud and Muddy mangrove roots.
2. Place the Sculk Catalyst nearby.
3. Kill any mob on Mud and Muddy mangrove roots.

Observed results:
Sculk cannot replace Mud and Muddy mangrove roots.

Expected results:
Sculk blocks should replace Mud and Muddy mangrove roots.
