Unable to access marketplace and its items

I'm unable to access the marketplace at all I am pressing the button to enter the marketplace and I can't get in to it. This is affecting my purchased content as well . It's not letting me have access to any downloaded worlds when creating a new world. I tried restarting the game a few times like it said and it still doesn't work
