Stepping on a spawner doesn't increase your Y level

While stepping on a spawner doesn't increase your Y level, unlike other solid blocks.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Find or get a spawner
2. Jump on the spawner
3. See that your Y level doesn't increase even though you are techniclly up by 1 block
